REBIRTH is a small, intentional women’s retreat designed around renewal, release, and reclamation.
Through ritual, movement, creativity, prayer, and community, you will be guided through a symbolic and embodied process of letting go of old identities and stepping into alignment with your next chapter.

THE JOURNEY
Over four days, we move through a clear arc:
Release → Rest → Renewal → Rebirth
You will experience:
Morning yoga, embodiment, and prayer
Guided release rituals
Somatic and emotional expression
Creative integration (sip & paint)
Sound healing and meditation
Sacred ceremony and community
A symbolic transition from black to white (death to rebirth)
A closing fire or beach ceremony (location dependent)
 
There is spaciousness built into the schedule for rest, reflection, and integration.
You are not required to participate in everything.
Your body and intuition lead.

Friday Night: Black — honoring what is ending
Sunday Ceremony: White — embodying renewal and rebirth
This is a symbolic transition and part of the ceremonial arc of the retreat.
